MRO Application - Line Maintenance

line Maintenance functions cover areas :

Line station Control, Logistics, Reliability data, Warranty management etc like application example above.
Before aircraft arrive at the line station, Pilot will report any damage at the aircraft to the ground staff (mechanic). Mechanic will prepare the material needed by access in the logistics menu in the system.
when aircraft in the line station, the can replace the component.
all transaction will record by system to provide reliability data in the future.

During SAP MRO project preparation, all team member must follow MRO Training.

MRO - Rotable Management

Rotable Management is mandatory business process at Maintenance Repair Order (MRO).
The Aircraft report any defect while it flying to the ground via Aircraft Ground Data Link (AGDL).
Line Maintenanace Mechanic prepare material reqiured. They chaeck availability material online realtime to their inventory.
Mechanic replace the component when the aircraft arrival at the destination.
Mechanic check the latest aircraft configuration, if there are no gap, Aircraft release to take off.
Material defect sent to workshop to repair then send to inventory for buffer stock.
